Electrical Switchboard Matting Specification as per IEC: HIC Universal
Manufacturers of IEC Electrical Switchboard Matting conforming specification produced by HIC Universal infine ribbed corrugated top surface and high grip cloth finished bottom design pattern electrical safety matmanufactured in India located Delhi and Uttar Pradesh factories in five different varieties of Thickness and Dielectric Test Voltage when new, designated as Class:-
Class 0 signifies (3mm / 20kV), Class 1 (3.5mm / 20kV);
Class 2 (4mm / 30kV); Class 3 (4.5mm / 40kV);
Class 4 (5.5mm / 50kV) respectively.
High quality Natural Rubber compound is used by HIC Universal in manufacturing electrical safety mat product, fully tested as per international Swedish IEC standards that covers full testing over the entire mat surface in well-equipped HIC’s Testing Laboratory and stamped on the reverse with identification coding.
Standard Sizes of Heavy Duty Switchboard Mats manufactured (Width x Length): 914mm (3ft) x 1.8meter (6ft), 1000mm (1meter) x 2m, 1m x 5m, 1m x 10m, 1.2m x 2m, 1.2m x 5m and other sizes on request.

Third Party Inspection from an independently accredited India Test Facility, like by ERDA, CPRI, or other Govt. approved laboratory test certificate can be provided for electrical matting on Extra charges to be directly reimbursed by buyer.
Warranty: Manufacturer warrantees insulating matting to be free from manufacturing defects and shall replace or repair if found defective in workmanship within 90 days from the date of shipment.
